Privacy Notice
AVERON collects only the information needed to process orders, provide delivery, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain the store. This may include name, phone number, optional email, governorate, address, order details, and technical security logs such as IP address.
How information is used
Information is used to confirm and deliver orders, provide order tracking, respond to support requests, prevent fraudulent or automated orders, and meet operational or legal record-keeping needs. Contact form submissions are stored in the private admin inbox.
Sharing
Order information may be shared only with service providers needed to fulfil the order, such as the delivery company. When owner WhatsApp alerts are enabled, the details selected by the store operator may pass through the configured messaging provider. AVERON does not sell customer information to advertisers.
Security and retention
The store uses access controls, secure cookies, request limits, and encrypted HTTPS when deployed correctly. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction of inaccurate contact or delivery information and may ask about information associated with your order through the official AVERON contact channels.
