Shipping fees are calculated from the governorate selected at checkout and are shown before the order is submitted. Free shipping, when enabled, is applied automatically after the qualifying subtotal.

Order confirmation
Cash on Delivery orders may be contacted for confirmation before dispatch. Orders with incomplete or unreachable contact details may be placed on hold.
Delivery updates
Use the Track Order page with your order ID and the phone number or email used at checkout. Courier and estimated-delivery details appear there once assigned.
Address accuracy
Please enter a complete address, reachable phone number, and correct governorate. Extra courier costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where appropriate.
